Patience is our least favourite ingredient.

MONTH 1
The vitamins and herbal ingredients are working internally to supply the root, but new hair has not yet emerged above the scalp.
MONTH 2
Things are still happening internally, even though you may not be seeing any new hair growth. You may be experiencing other benefits around sleep and emotional wellbeing.
MONTH 3-6
The emergence of baby hairs along the hairline. Fuller appearance. Significant changes in density, strand thickness, and overall vitality. Less hair in the shower and on your brush.
Tip: Hair growth is easier to track with photos than by looking in the mirror or inspecting the shower drain every day. Take one before you start (you'll want it at month three.)

After years of conversations about stress shedding, hormonal changes, postpartum, hair loss, thyroid dysfunction, nutrient deficiencies and hair that suddenly "wasn't itself anymore", we became increasingly unwilling to accept vague answers.
Folie was formulated to support the internal systems most commonly associated with compromised hair health.
Because hair issues rarely begin at the surface.
If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary sources should not be exceeded. In rare cases Camellia sinensis and Curcuma species may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin/eyes or unusual fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine, or itching. Not recommended for use during pregnancy or lactation. Dietary supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Do not use if tamper evident seal is broken.
