Aside from New Zealand, Folie does not currently ship to any other overseas countries.

SUBSCRIPTIONS
How often will my Folie be replenished?
Each Folie subscription includes three bottles, a full 90-day supply, delivered together. Your next shipment is sent every 3 months, so you’ll receive your new bottles just before your current ones run out. You can skip a delivery, pause, or cancel any time from your account, with no lock-in contract. We’ll email you 5 days before each order is processed so you can make changes.
When can I cancel or modify my subscription?
You will receive an email before each billing date setting out the products proposed for dispatch and the amount to be charged. You will have 5 days from the dates of that preview email to modify, skip or cancel that order.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Log in to your account, go to Subscriptions, and select Cancel. You will need to cancel at least 3 days before your next billing date. If you cancel after this date, the cancellation will take place from the following cycle.
There’s no lock-in contract or cancellation fee.
What if I still have bottles left when my next shipment is due?
Just skip or delay your next delivery from your account. Your subscription will pick up again when you’re ready, so you never end up with more than you need.
When will I be charged?
You’re billed $267 plus shipping costs every 3 months when your order is processed, covering all three bottles. We’ll email you 5 days beforehand so there are no surprises.
Is there a subscription discount?
Subscribers save 10% compared to buying three bottles individually.
TAKING FOLIE
How do I take it?
Two capsules daily with food. Morning or lunch works well — it becomes part of the ritual. Consistency matters more than timing.
What time of day is best?
With breakfast or lunch. Taking with food supports absorption and reduces the chance of any stomach sensitivity.
Can I increase my dose?
No. Two capsules daily is the therapeutic dose — it's been designed to work at that level. Taking more is not recommended and could be harmful.
What if I have an adverse reaction?
Stop use and contact your healthcare professional. In rare cases Camellia sinensis (green tea) and Curcuma (turmeric) species may affect the liver. Stop use and see a doctor immediately if you experience yellowing skin or eyes, or unusual fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine or itching.
RESULTS + TIMELINE
When will I see results?
Hair grows in cycles — slowly, on its own schedule. Most people notice reduced shedding around month two. Visible improvements in density, strength and thickness typically appear between months three and six. The follicles are often recovering well before anything visible happens. Patience is the active ingredient nobody puts on the label.
Month three is where most people start to see meaningful change. It's why we recommend starting with the 3 bottle bundle.
Will Folie make hair grow in other places on my body?
Unlikely. The formula primarily supports areas already experiencing hair concerns — the scalp, eyebrows and eyelashes. It is not formulated to stimulate hair growth in areas where it isn't already present.

OTHER SUPPLEMENTS + MEDICATION
Can I take it with other supplements?
We always recommend being guided by a healthcare professional to assess whether the formula is suited to your individual needs — particularly if you are taking other supplements. Pay attention to your total intake of selenium and iodine. Both are present in Folie and additional supplementation may exceed recommended daily amounts. Your GP, naturopath or nutritionist can help you assess this.
Does it contain iodine?
Yes. If you have a thyroid condition, check with your healthcare professional regarding safe dosages before taking.
Can I take it while on pharmaceutical medications?
We always recommend consulting your healthcare professional before starting any new supplement, particularly if you are on current medications. They can check for any interactions relevant to your situation.
Do you include iron?
No, and intentionally so. Iron supplementation without confirmed deficiency can be unnecessary and gut-irritating. We recommend checking your ferritin levels and supplementing iron separately if your results indicate a need.
